I happen to be an alumnae of various schools of Columbia University but I just got rid of the CU baseball cap in my collection. I’ve replaced it with this one. According to the US Flag Code:

“a) The flag should never be displayed with the

union down, except as a signal of dire distress in

instances of extreme danger to life or property.”

I believe we are in such a time.

The irony is that I purchased my new baseball cap on Amazon, which has a “Made in China” label.
