
Mine is an old “pre-war” building in New York, without a gym in the building. So finding spaces in the NYC apartments that accommodate exercises, which we all need to do, especially as we get older, is always interesting. Here’s this advisory from the NIH! https://www.nia.nih.gov/exercise-toolkit I’ve picked a kitchen counter for morning back stretches.
The location sort of works, insofar as I can fit my bent-over body in between the built-in cabinets in my galley kitchen. I just have to remember not to do any rear leg lifts. Ouch!
